Rachel James

Executive Director and Co-Founder

Rachel brings hands-on experience in real estate, personal care, and behavioral health administration to Carolina Covenant Housing. With a Google Project Management Certification and a background supporting individuals through housing and care transitions, she leads CCH's day-to-day operations, from securing housing to building the partnerships that make it possible. Her commitment to this work comes from a belief that every veteran deserves more than a place to sleep, they deserve a real home.

Ashley Ford

Co-Founder and Director of Marketing and Community Outreach

Ashley is a business development professional with more than a decade of experience in relationship building, community partnerships, and referral growth within the healthcare space. She currently helps individuals and families navigate care decisions with dignity and confidence, bringing specialized experience supporting older adults and their families through major life transitions. Ashley is passionate about creating support systems that let people live with independence and on their own terms, the same belief she brings to CCH's mission of helping veterans build a life, not just find a bed.
